Supplier Terms and Conditions

Suppliers are responsible to comply to the applicable terms and conditions listed here.

(1) All applicable certificates to be sent with each shipment.

(2) Supplier acknowledges Lakehouse Industries (LHI) right of access to its facilities, product, and/or related quality records, by LHI, its customer, or regulatory authorities in order to verify quality of products or work. Right of access is limited to only those records and product applicable to LHI’s products or contracts.

(3) All purchasing requirements and controls shall be flowed down to sub-tier suppliers or subcontractors. Including but not limited to:

    (a) Use of qualified personnel

    (b) Any sampling/statistical methods during inspection stages must be followed.

    (c) ITAR/EAR conformance must be followed when applicable.

(4) Supplier to notify LHI immediately of unexpected anomalies, nonconformances, changes in product and/or process, changes of suppliers, and/or changes of manufacturing facility location. LHI reserves the right to approve such changes or incidents before work is allowed to proceed.

(5) Supplier acknowledges it shall apply suitable corrective action when presented with LHI complaints or nonconformance reports.

(6) Records pertaining to the manufacture, inspection and test of LHI’s products shall be retained for a minimum of seven (7) years.

(7) Supplier agrees and shall ensure that counterfeit work is not delivered to LHI.

(8) LHI suppliers and their personnel or representatives are aware of their contribution to product or service conformity, and product safety. LHI and its suppliers shall strive to conduct their businesses in accordance with the highest standards of ethical behavior.
